Real Estate Professional Robert Hertel has been providing Coaching and Training services to Agents throughout Southern California for over 12 years. Earlier this year, he joined forces with Century 21 Masters and has been guiding Masters Agents through his three step business plan: Create your vision; build your legacy; love your life.

Prior to becoming a Sales and Productivity Coach, Mr. Hertel earned a degree in Business Management from San Diego State University and worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer, earning the title of “Top 10 Purchase Loan Producer, Beverly Hills” from 2010-2014. After numerous engagements as a Keynote Speaker for various Real Estate companies in the area, he eventually made the leap into Coaching and Sales Training where he found
his niche helping other Agents work more efficiently while earning more income.

Through hard work, Mr. Hertel has proven that Coaches are an essential part of the Real Estate Industry. He has years of experience working with Agents whose abilities range from those just starting in the Industry all the way up to skilled professionals and he continues pursuing new ways to keep his training up-to-date and relevant in the ever-changing Real Estate Market. This instruction provides the foundation for a strong business and enables Agents to perform at the top of their game, thus separating them from the competition.

Over the course of his career, Robert has perfected his Coaching and Recruiting techniques through constant research and dedication to the needs of the Agents he mentors. He prides himself on providing innovative and interactive educational classes on a variety of subjects ranging from Prospecting to Marketing to Social Media and beyond. With his guidance, the majority of Robert’s Agents have been able to double their sales within one year. Robert Hertel has quickly become an integral member of the
Century 21 Masters Coaching and Recruiting staff and he looks forward to assisting others with increasing their business in the future.

In his spare time, Mr. Hertel enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, scuba diving, sailing, hiking, traveling, attending live music and sporting events and sampling food at new restaurants. He also volunteers at the San Gabriel Humane Society and makes donations to the Salvation Army each Holiday season.
